Hello Family and Friends, my dear friend who was basically my Peruvian mom, Lupe Torres is pictured with me and Paige. She took care of me for almost 9 months in Peru, cooking for us and being another mother for me while I was away from home.

Unfortunately she is sick with Gallstones and cholecystitis and she needs her gall bladder removed. She went to the hospital in August of last year to the doctor and they found gallstones and she has been in pain since August and can’t move around.

The family doesn’t have the means to pay for the surgery. The surgery for her is 3500 Peruvian soles which equates to $950 USD. $1000 will pay for the procedure and cover travel for her to go from her small town to a bigger city to get the surgery.
