I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the struggles my beloved husband, Enrique, is currently facing. He is living in Peru and is fighting with a severe autoimmune disease that is attacking his liver, resulting in decompensated liver cirrhosis. His condition has rapidly deteriorated, and he is now in critical need of medical care.

You all may be aware that I am in California, and I am devastated to be so far away during this challenging time. I am leaving soon to be by his side to support him in every way possible, and I need my community at this moment.
