When you step onto the property, nature's harmony reigns supreme and cultures intertwine. Welcome to Galeru, a very special poly-culture native foods orchard nestled in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland. This enchanting sanctuary is not just a piece of land; it's a living testament to the rich tapestry of life that flourishes when people and the earth unite.
At Galeru, we believe in more than just sustainable farming; we believe in cultivating a community deeply connected to the land. Our vision is to create a place where people from all walks of life mingle, where visitors are not mere spectators, but active participants in the seasons of growth and abundance.
Imagine strolling through our multi-functional zones, where each area tells a different tale. From the outdoor dining and events hub set amongst mature native rainforest fruits to the quiet contemplative deck in the women's breathe corner, Galeru promises an experience unlike any other.
Galeru needs your support to move us toward this dreamtime vision. Your contribution towards the purchase of these 3 vital pieces of equipment will enhance the productivity of the orchard and help us meet our social enterprise trading goals so we can continue our much needed mission related work.
We are now positioned on the cusp of a remarkable journey, ready to take the first steps toward bringing our master plan to life.
$15,000 for 3 x 42 tray Excalibur Fruit Dehydrators (value $75,000)
$15,000 for professional installation of the dehydrators with 3-phase power (SevGen was successful with the Noosa Council Energy Efficiency Grant which will ensure we move more towards our sustainability ideal)
$30,000 for a refrigerated truck for Deadly Distribution Time (delivering your pledge product - Ooray native superfood powder value $500/kg- to your door and becoming the preferred Grow Noosa Distributor)
$25,000 for an Atex hillside mower (as recommended by a Rotary President and Tisca Business Owner for 40years)
We are looking for a fund match sponsor so help us make the most of this opportunity and pledge what you can NOW!
Join us on this extraordinary venture to nurture the land, celebrate culture, and foster a sustainable future. With your help, Galeru's stage 2 is set, and together we can make this flourishing poly-culture native foods orchard a resounding success.
Come, be a part of the story. Let's grow Galeru, one dream stage at a time.
