"Feeling Lonely? Can't Connect? Then come join the exciting, enticing, exotic, erotic world of iDolls!"

Originally developed as an MFA thesis project at Cal Arts, Galatea delves into the world of silicone sex dolls. On the surface it explores not just the men who own them and their relationships to these feminine objects, but also their affect on women as well. But beneath that is a harsh, raw examination of the creative process and the writer/artist's relationship to her creation.  In our world, where objects get personified, and people are objectified, where does the line between creator and creation blur?

The World Premiere production of Galatea will be presented at the Son of Semele Theatre September 18th, 2015 at 8pm. It will have 6 performances in total:
