Passing of Gail McMullin
Donation protected
Gail McMullin died on February 10th, 2016 at 9 PM from complications from a massive heart attack and seizures.
Gail was a woman beyond compare. She decicated her life to helping people in need, regardless of convenience or ability.
This included choosing to dedicate her life to taking care of her 100% mentally and physically handicapped brother, Henry. It was pretty hard, especially since her back was broken, but she managed to give Henry a better life than what he would have had in a state-run home.
She served her country honorably in the Army, and after being medically discharged, her disability claim was denied.
She was a grandmother to many, always passing her old-fashioned virtues along in a modern world. This gave her a very "homey" aura.
She was also a sister, one of nine children to be precise, but unfortunately the first to see her mother again in heaven.
Gail was a wife to her lover and best friend, Candy (white haired woman). They were a perfect match because they loved one another unconditionally, but that didn't stop them from telling the other exactly what they thought about any given situation.
Lastly, she was a mother to a son. My mother. I think the thing she taught me best about life can be summed up in this quote from her: "If I can make a person smile, I've touched their lives in a special way that only I could." I miss her terribly.
I made this campaign to help with medical and cremation costs, and to supplement income due to her absence.
Please, give what you can, if only a couple dollars. God bless you.
