Mrs. Wiemann taught with the DeSoto School District for over 20 years and took numerous trips with students to Washington, D.C. It was the highlight of her school year. The school has generously agreed to dedicate the trip scholarship fund in Gail's memory. The scholarship helps students who might not otherwise afford the out of pocket expense to attend an incredible trip to our Nation's Capital.

Gail's family and friends want to ensure no student who wants to attend will be left behind. Contributing to the fund will help keep her legacy and passion for American History alive. All proceeds will be denoted in Gail's name to DeSoto High School.
