Gage's fight with Adrenal Cancer

Donation protected
After 2 long years and countless tests and uncertainty,  Gage was diagnosed with Cushings Syndrome, and shortly afterward it was discovered that he had a large tumor on his adrenal gland. The tumor was removed on July 24 along with his left adrenal gland, left kidney, spleen, part of his liver, and part of his stomach. The tumor was identified as a very rare (1 in a million) form of cancer called Adrenocortical Carcinoma.. stage 3.   Little research has been done with this particular cancer and treatment options are limited . ACC is a highly aggressive cancer with high rate of recurrence and  with limited resources available for those diagnosed. Gage will begin a form of chemo called Mitotane .. which will be taken for the foreseeable years.
For this extended time Gage will be out of work .. he is currently on disability with his job but once it runs out in a few  months he will be out of a job and out of health insurance. Many  financial burdens are falling on Gage and his wife Jessica who is in school.  Gages hospital and his team of doctors are at Emory in Atlanta.. these weekly trips take extensive time, gas, money, and energy for Gage and Jessica .
Gage is an incredible, kind, generous , and loving husband , son, grandson and friend to all.
Any help is greatly appreciated for this young couple facing an extremely difficult future. Thank you!!
