Gage St. John, 22, left us unexpectedly on September 21, 2020, leaving behind his mother, Tiffany; father, Larry; siblings, Starr, Skye and Jace; step- father and brother, Ty and Sam, respectively; and numerous extended family members and friends. There are no words for the hole his loss has left in the hearts of his loved ones.
In addition to the loss of Gage, Tiffany's mother in Hesperia, CA, suffered major injuries from a horrific auto accident less than 48 hours prior to Gage's passing. As you may imagine, just one of these two events would be extremely difficult and life-altering. However, it is Tiffany's nature to push forward, but she is approaching obstacles making it difficult to do so, given limited financial resources. After the loss of her son, Tiffany has been placed on disability, alongside her husband, Ty, who is already on medical disability from his job. Not only will Tiffany need to continue providing for her three children, but she now is faced with frequent travel to Hesperia, an 85-mile, one-way trip, and the planning of Gage's memorial service.
We realize that our current times have left many financially burdened, and if you know Tiffany, you know that she is the one to give rather than receive. With this being said, it is with greatest humility that we've created a Go Fund Me to allow you to open your heart financially and do what you can for her and her family. Tiffany has been at a stand-still in the planning process of Gage's memorial service, partially due to her financial uncertainties.
Tiffany and her family wish to memorialize Gage by honoring his love of nature, the outdoors and the wilderness. Ideally, Tiffany would like to be able to do this in Big Bear, allowing his loved ones to gather in a socially-distanced manner and pay their respects to Gage and his family. However, even though specific details have yet to be ironed out, funds will ultimately go toward Gage's memorial, and we will be happy to provide updates so you know where your money is being applied.
