Gaelforce west for St Raphaels & St Frances

Since the loss of a great man Staff Sergeant Liam Flynn we at All Aspects Fitness Gym have been dedicated honouring his life by raising money for numerous charities. This year I have chosen 2 very close to my heart. St Raphaels who continue to do trojan work for the most special people in our society, like Aaron who is pictured above visiting Liams monument in Donadea. Also the Montgomerys lost their mum & wife after a courageous battle with cancer & she spent her final moments in St Frances hospice. Dave is a constant member in the gym & as this illness has touched us all in someway we would love to finish this event on behalf of the family & honour the courageous battle sharon fought. Every year we try to help others & make a change & I want to thank you for all your donations. Every year it's you who makes that change. Myself , Ken Smullen & Darren o Shea will start in Galway & finish in Westport, 79 km away after running cycling and kayaking . It's not going to be easy but it's going to be worth it. Thank you for your support
