On February 8th, my parents and I went to UAMS emergency room due to my mom having extreme pain in her abdomen & lower back, nausea, and loss of appetite. The end of January we were told she was diagnosed with cancer, but we were in such disbelief. How this was happening?

UAMS did bloodwork and ran a couple CTs. They found that the cancer had spread to her liver and lymph nodes. She had a port placed on Monday, February 10th. We are working on getting her insurance and/or financial aid to start her chemotherapy treatment.

This is just the beginning and it hurts to see mom sick, but we have complete faith we will overcome this mountain with the power of God and prayer. Any donation will help, and we appreciate every one of them. ️
