There is a new movement that seeks to promote and develop African descendants worldwide by connecting and uniting Africans in the diaspora and on the continent. Global African Diaspora Development Network (GADDN) is the gateway through which this mission will be accomplished. GADDN is a 501-C-3 Not for Profit organization registered with the United States internal Revenue Service (IRS). As a vibrant organization, our mandate is to focus on investing in the community of Africans in the diaspora and on the continent. Whether we came fifty years ago, or three hundred years ago, we are descendants of Africa!, therefore, it is paramount and imperative that you become a part of this movement.
Momentum is building up for the inaugural symposium coming up on Friday, 16th October, 2015 at the University of Oklahoma, Norman OK, USA. The theme of the symposium is: Emerging Technologies and Opportunities in Africa. Top national and international professionals will be speaking in the areas of Education, Infrastructure, Health, Finance, Banking, Energy and Technology. We estimate a budget of $30,000 to fund the symposium and to bring the speakers to the inaugural event. GADDN invites all the descendants and friends of Africa to come, contribute, support, endorse, and be a part of our ground-breaking efforts.
