On June 14 I suffered an accident with a faulty table saw. The saw split my left index in half fracturing the second phalanx and partially amputating the distal phalanx. As irresponsible as it is as a private contractor I have no workers compensation and therefore am paying for the surgery out of pocket as to not to lose the finger. The surgeries coupled with physical therapy to be able to use my hand and months without working is why I am asking for the amount listed. Anything helps and don't give more than you can. I am very sorry to have to resort to this.
