Gabrielle Hamilton Memorial Fund

Dear Family and Friends,

Euloy Gabrielle Breanda Hamilton, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, girlfriend, musician, service person, leader, and all around wonderful human being took her rest on Wednesday morning, September 29, 2021.

In her 28 years she accomplished what often requires more years: truly living life to the fullest. Gabby’s laughter was contagious, her heart was gigantic, and her gentle reach was far and wide. She was a social butterfly and a good listener, the life of the party and someone to curl up next to. She worked with children living with autism, and gave so much of herself to help others.

Many of us know how hard it is to use the past tense when speaking about a loved one. No one feels this more acutely than Gabby’s immediate family members, Pastor and Professor Lloyd Hamilton, Dr. Eunice Hamilton, and Lydian Mitchell (née Hamilton), as well as beautiful nephews and nieces. One cannot even begin naming Gabby’s close friends, as she not only befriended an innumerable number of people, but she made each person feel as if they were closest to her.

Gabby was a healthy, fun-loving, wise, and gorgeous individual, who took her loves seriously, and life not *too* seriously. We would all do well to follow her shining example.

This GoFund Me was set up to assist Gabby’s family with medical expenses as well as costs related to celebrating and commemorating Gabby’s life.
