Hello,

I am running for Toronto Catholic School Board Trustee Ward 2 (Etobicoke Centre).

The TCDSB is the largest Catholic school board in the world. What happens here will spread far beyond.

I believe the Catholic faith is True, Good and Beautiful. Our faith maintains the dignity of every person, and defending universal human dignity is the core of Catholic teaching. Catholic schools exist to grow and maintain the faith. In recent years, we have seen too many cases of certain trustees trying to drive a wedge between different parts of our Catholic community. My approach seeks unity and collaboration, rooted in a clear commitment to our faith and in the affirmation of universal human dignity that flows from it.

Distinction: Unlike some Trustees who have, in some instances, rejected pastoral guidance put forth by Cardinal Collins, Archbishop of Toronto, I will accept his guidance in matters relating to Catholicity in the education environment.
