Gabriel Needs Surgery for Broken Fingers

Hey guys! My name is Gabriel Cedeno. Last Friday I broke 2 fingers at the gym. It was my hand against a dumbbell.... Now I need reconstructive surgery. Hospital is requiring me to pay 20% of the total cost of surgery,.plus the time I'll be out of commission! Anything helps!!!
