Gabriel Milorad Ciupeiu was a loving 19-year-old son and brother. Unfortunately,  on Saturday, June 24th, 2017 he lost his life in a tragic accident. Many are asking what they can do to help. As friends of his mother Dragana Paniagua, we thought that we and others can help by taking the financial burden of funeral expenses off of the Paniagua family.
