Gabriel Gamper, gone but never forgotten

 

Thank you for your ongoing prayers for Dalila and her family during this difficult time. Because of the ongoing uncertainties about COVID and its variants, the family has decided to hold a virtual celebration of Gabriel’s life on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. PST (7:00 p.m. MT/8:00 p.m. CST) An in-person service will be held at a later date. As many of you know, Gabe was taken away too soon, and unexpectedly, from COVID.   This GoFundMe page was set up a few weeks ago for Dalila and her family.   We, Dalila’s friends recently increased the total fundraising goal amount to help provide longer-term financial assistance and security for her and her children’s ongoing needs. How do you say goodbye?

 

The year 2021 was already difficult even before the sudden loss of our dear Gabriel Alexander Gamper. He was a man of God, devoted husband, loving father, caring son, reliable brother, proud uncle, entertaining cousin, and dedicated friend. All of us are so blessed to have known Gabe. We now can honor him as he has been called home and is safe in the arms of Jesus.

 

We remember his contagious laugh, big smile, funny jokes, words of encouragement, thought-provoking conversation, love of and for his family/friends, and creative ideas! Though we no longer have Gabe here on earth, he will never be forgotten and we will keep his memories alive in our hearts forever.

 

Thank you for banding together around Gabe’s cherished family, the ones who need it most! His beautiful wife Dalila of almost 14 years, his awesome son Robert (12), and baby girl Niara (10)! Gabe’s family needs all the love and prayers you can give. There truly isn’t anything that will make everything okay right now, but any financial assistance will help allow the family to move forward in their new normal.

 

So how do you say goodbye? You don’t. Instead, we say, “Gabe, we will love and cherish our memories with you for a lifetime and see you in heaven one day.”
