Gabriel's Food Truck Startup

Hello my name is Gabriel Enoch and I need your help to make my dreams come true! I've loved cooking ever since I was 5 years old, and ever since I was 16 I've worked in different restaurants. The food industry is what I love but my dream is to own my own food truck so that I can create my own food without the constraints of being told what to do by my boss. I want to serve authentic sandwiches from around the world such as Cubans and Bahn Mi, as well as some of the best burgers you will ever have.
I've had 17 collapsed lungs and after 4 major surgeries the problem has been fixed, and have always struggled with my mental health. The one thing that makes me feel better is cooking, creating and experimenting with new ingredients, and most importantly the look on someones face when they eat the food I make. I need the funds to cover costs for the truck itself, food costs, all certifications, equipment, and commissary fees. Please help me make my dream come true and donate!
