I’m thrilled to share that I’ve successfully defended my dissertation! This is one of the final milestones on the path to earning my Ph.D.! This moment is especially meaningful given the current sociopolitical climate and attacks on research, academic freedom, and human rights.

Even more exciting, I’m proud to announce that I will be joining New York University this fall as a tenure-track Assistant Professor!

This journey has been full of growth, perseverance, and purpose. I’m looking forward to officially crossing the stage in August to receive my degree and begin this next chapter.
