My name is Gabriel Sarmento and I live in Utah.

After a short visit to a doctor for a physical and pain on my left testicle, I found myself going through various exams and testing only to find out I will be losing my left testicle.  Three masses were found and my specialist needs to remove it to run a biopsy.  There is a chance it can be cancer but there can alos be a chance that it is not but they want to move quickly and I have come to terms with the process.  BTW, this process has only taken 4 days.  I am scared and nervous and hope for the best.  I know I have always been blessed and I know that God is aware of my needs.  I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide since I am a part time worker and student.  I will be out of work for about 1 month and will need to cover $1,800.00 of costs for the surgery.  I hope that even if you cannot help with my costs, you spend some time reading my story and say a little prayer for me.

I have a few weeks to pay the fees and will appreciate any help.
