Gabe's Junior Thesis Film: Day-To-Day-Today

Hi friends! My name's Gabe and I'm raising funds for my junior-level thesis short film. I've been working on this idea for quite some time and have already sunk dozens of hours into pre-production for the film. I first formulated the idea for this short back while I was working my delivery job in 2020. The combination of days of mindlessly driving my little delivery car while listening to hours upon hours of music led to the idea of writing this short: a film that deals with themes of escapism and monotony that is led entirely by music made from sounds found in the everyday world. It's an experimental concept so if I have access to the materials I need, it'll make my life a whole lot easier!

Logline: A heartbroken and work-consumed Adam drowns himself in his daily routine which has stagnated so much, his day has now formed a looping rhythm section. After his routine is disturbed, however, Adam must find new ways to return to it discovering new sources of melody and harmony along the way.
