My name is Gabriel Herzog and I am a 20-year-old trans man. I  started my transition this past summer at Howard Brown Health Center in Chicago and have now transferred my care to Eskenazi in Indianapolis. Starting my transition has created so many opportunities for me to flourish, but is very expensive. I am hoping this summer to get top surgery (or a double mastectomy), which will not be covered in any way by my insurance since it considered an "elective surgery." I have so far been placed on the waitlist to schedule a visit with a surgeon at  University Gender Affirmation Surgery but should be able to schedule a surgery date for this summer.

Any donations to my GoFundMe will go toward the down payment for surgery, medical costs to go through surgery, and any other medical expenses that will follow.
