Gabe Gutierrez and his two boys need your help

Hi friends, I'm writing to you because our friend Gabriel Gutierrez desperately needs our help. Gabe is a single father who has custody of two beautiful boys Mason and Wyatt. Gabe's health has dramatically declined over the last couple weeks and he is balancing between life and death. His condition is complete liver failure and his prognosis is terminal unless he gets a liver transplant. He is a very, very sick father, brother, and friend right now. He is currently on a transplant list but is waiting for an open bed at Methodist Transplant hospital in San Antonio to see if he is even eligible for a life saving transplant. Being a single father isn't easy, but Gabe has managed to maintain a loving household for his two boys. Your donation will help secure his property by paying his mortgage so through the graces of God he will have a place to come home to. In the event that Gabe passes your donation will help with the end of life costs along with helping to secure his estate so his boys can have some security throughout their lives without their father.
