Help me save my family.

My beautiful family

My name is Mahmoud Alzatma, I am from Gaza and I'm reaching out with an urgent plea for help during these incredibly difficult times. I am working as a doctor in Nasser medical complex and also in Egypt but my family is living in Gaza and they are facing the devastating effects of the ongoing war on there.

Not only that, but My brother suffers from a chronic disease, Vitiligo, and needs medical care , radiation sessions and phototherapy, which are not available in Gaza. These sessions cost more than $5,000.As the current situation deteriorates and there is no natural gas for cooking.

My brother goes every day to use firewood, which increases the chance of his health condition deteriorating.

‏Adding to our hardships, our home which they fled at the beginning of the war was recently destroyed in an airstrike, leaving us without a safe and stable shelter.

Do you know how it feels to look at your family starving and being not able to provide them anything, to be horrified of the fact that you might die at any second and leave them alone in this war completely helpless. The soldiers are crawling in the city again you look at your wife not knowing if you'll be able to protect her denying the fact that you can’t because it hurts too much, to send your brother to look for some food and you don’t know if he will ever come back ,or if you sent him to his own death but there are no choices in this war. Dying is not the only thing we are going through, we are suffering in every little detail of life. Do you think I can make it out of this whole thing sane ,how longer can I take it I don't know ,but I know you can help me to end this and escape to a safe place where we can finally breathe and think .

My family was forced to flee multiple times, moving from the Middle to the south of Gaza. Now, they find themselves without shelter, living on the streets with no place to call home.

Obtaining permits to cross borders for vital treatment comes at a significant cost of $5000 per permit, and with six family members, the expense is too much for us to cover.

‏We urgently need to raise $30,000 to cover the costs of these permits and ensure safe passage for my family.
