Noah is a 6yr old triplet born at 34weeks, and has various medical lifelong medical disabilities. They consist of:
Noah Is a spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy patient. Due to this
Noah is not able to walk which makes him wheel chair bound only.
Noah has a feeding tube, and is Epileptic as well. He also has Cortical Vision Impairment in both eyes.
Noah is non verbal due to also having Periventricular leukomalacia (brain damage) but loves to smile and go on walks in his wheel chair.
Noah enjoys being surrounded by other children and talked to. His favorite thing is to listen to music and see others dance around him.
Please help us reach our goal to accomodate Noahs transportation goal.
