Roof and Home

Always something new isn't there? This year I got hit with a recalculation, which due to being unable to insure the house thanks to the current roof conditions, I am now on the hook for 3K just for that. Calculating the prize for the roofing it is, at this time and best quote, about 4K just for that.

I can't afford currently 1k per month for the house, so either I pay one, and face the same issue next year, or pay both things and simplify my life. 

I just barely managed to pay off my cards, and predictably new things just come up to attack from every side. Any assistance at all will be welcome!
