Please help us keep our home

Hi, I’m Leigh Thompson, it’s always been my goal to give my children a safe stable place to always call home. 2 years ago that dream became a reality when all the pieces fell into place for us to purchase a house. Things were going great until the unexpected happened, I was laid off from my job, my health took a turn for the worst and I’m not able to be gainfully employed due to chronic, ongoing health issues. I’ve filed for Social Security, however I’m looking at 3-7 months before a decision is made. We’ve lived the last 5 months on my savings, that now has quickly ran out. I’ve sold everything I had of value to sell, but as you know household/medical bills quickly add up, throw in medication costs, groceries and general cost of living all have me completely wiped out financially…I’m not asking for ongoing support, we just need a little help until the SSA makes a decision…Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and will solely be used so we can keep our safe place, our home.
