Welcome, difference maker!

The decision to create this donation site did not come easily. As close friends of Joey & Justin's, we know them to be individuals who innately are self-sufficient & very rarely ask for [or accept] help. Therefore, lending even more context to their immediate need. Last week, Justin was admitted to the hospital. He was experiencing complications from heart failure. At 37, rare & surprising. After years of untreated high blood pressure, his heart was giving out. Luckily, they caught it just in time and he is now getting the medication & support his body needs. With that said, Justin will need continuing care and the family as a whole is facing dramatic life changes.

The treatment received and the hospital stay itself will be an additional financial burden and challenge for their family. At a time when they should be investing in holiday gifts and treating their sweet boys to a memorable Christmas, this is heavy on their hearts and minds.

Please keep Justin in your thoughts as he navigates his new normal & we continue to search for solutions and answers to his condition. If you are able to give at all during the holiday season, this family is beyond deserving and could use your support.
