Hi everyone! Please help save Bob! My cat Bob’s life is on the line and I’m in dire need of medical funds to support him.

Just a few weeks ago Bob was in perfect health and living his best life, watching birds and napping in the sunshine with his brother Joe.

He slowly began having issues with vomit and became disinterested in eating and has been treated so far with fluids via IV to prevent him from deteriorating and further. 

He is only 9 years old and is incredibly sick at this point. I’ve already spent $1,500 on vet visits, blood tests, X-rays, IVs, various other medications, and days of overnight hospitalization. Bob is currently hospitalized for another week which will cost roughly $1,000. The vet has informed me he will need surgery followed by a week of supervised recovery in the hospital in the next 5-7 days. 

I haven’t been quoted a specific price because “it’s hard to predict how much care he will need.” However, $2,000-$3,000 is the estimate at this time. I’m asking for help because I can’t afford the surgery and I’ve already overextended myself financially just to get him the care he has needed. 

Furthermore, we have limited resources and veterinary options as we are stationed on a small island overseas. 

Please help! I love him so much and cannot imagine my life without him. He has literally traveled the world with me. Bob is the sweetest, most precious cat and I need him to be okay.

Additionally, he has seen multiple vets who have been unable to give me a conclusive diagnosis. They just keep doing more testing which presents and “normal”, but he vomits everything he eats and his having difficulty eating due to nausea.

I’m asking for help as soon as possible to keep him alive. Any and all support is greatly appreciated.

I also just want to add, asking for help is so hard for me and not something I normally do, but I love him so much I would do anything to help him.
