Tobi Mish basement renovation and legal action

Hi my name is Jocelyn Everett, a good friend of mine recently lost her oldest daughter to suicide, a month later her basement flooded and we pulled almost 1000 gallons of water out of it, we began to rip the floors and walls up only to find pre-existing problems covered up from the previous owner, insurance will not cover the cost and Tobi and her other children are still struggling with the tragic loss of their family member, this is an extremely rough time and now this happens. The estimate cost to remove mold and fix the cinder blocks that are heaving, have a clean up crew and do weeping tile are around 60 grand, this does not include finishing the basement or fees for an engineer or trades, she’s only lived in this house for a year and her whole family has become sick from the mold! We would appreciate any help and would be grateful beyond!
