I need help with monthly bills

I could use some help. The Social Security  Administration said they over paid me back 2020, so they stopped sending my check for the next 3 months. I don't have a job or any way to get around to find one no car. I have 2 friends that come by sometime to check on me. Going to be homeless by December. My rent went up from $400 to $600 my power bill is about $140 a month. I just need your help to pay rent and power bill and buy food if you can. If not I will understand.
