Hi Everyone! I am Madelyn Brinson, and I am 23 years old. I am so happy to announce that I am embarking on my journey
of fulfilling my dream in becoming the next Miss California USA. I first must compete in the Miss North Hollywood prelimanary pageant which takes place March 13th 2016, and hopeful you will take this journey with me, as I cannot do this alone. I recently lost my father to a two year battle with cancer. He has always inspired me to go after my dreams, and to never let anything stand in my way. I am ready to conquer the world! This opportunity would give me the platform to accomplish many things: I will raise awareness on the importance of healthy living, and speak about a disease called Endometriosis that I have suffered from since the age of 18. After 6 surgerys I began to see a pattern of many young girls suffering in silence as I had( when facing my battle) physically,mentally, and emotionally from the disease of Endometriosis. There is no cure for Endometriosis however we can form organizations to counsel and have free support systems for young women to help one another in knowing that we are not alone. I also rescue animals, and plan to volunteer my time at local animal rescue shelters, which is a passion of mine! I plan to have a powerful platform to speak loudly about "bullying", and to help empower both boys and girls to take a stand, as I did! The funds that I am raising will provide me with the essentials I will need in order to compete in the Miss North Hollywood pageant, and I am very appreciative for any and all donations. I am dedicated to living a life of Integrity,Compassion,Values and the hard work that it takes to be a successful woman. This organization emphasizes all of that, I am really excited for my journey to begin! In exchange I am happy to donate my time, at your business, events, or for a great cause, just let me know!
