Ionia FD rebuild

In the early morning hours on July 28th 2015. In the small hamlet of Ionia, NY (a lil town outside of Rochester, NY) the men and women volunteers were toned out to the WORST CALL EVER!  A structure fire that was in THEIR HOME.  The firehall was in flames.  The first person on scene was able to safely remove all the trucks and much of the gear.  The house was a whole different story.  The building was going to be a loss.  Heartbreaking, gutwrenching, these words just don't cut it.  Our hope is that we can help them raise enough money to rebuild.  We want to help them to continue helping others.  Lets REBUILD the Ionia Firehall!!!    I think this news story tells it all.... http://13wham.com/news/features/top-stories/stories/ionia-fire-chief-responding-call-its-our-firehouse-25001.shtml
