Keep Shannon in His Apartment

Hello,
My name is Shannon Walker.
I am nearly sixty, live in New York City, in the process of reinventing myself as a web designer and apps programmer, and I have an emergency.
I am being evicted from my apartment which I have lived in for the past 21 years.

I may be homeless in three weeks.
There is a warrant of eviction written against me but it cannot be executed until Aug 15; I still have time to quash it.
I am nearly broke and I need a miracle.
So I am reaching out to the world.
I imagine you want to know how I got into this lousy situation. I will explain below. but first, well, first principles.
I don't want to ask for something for nothing. I am not built that way. I am offering rewards in exchange for contributions to my fund. I am also open to your ideas as to what would be a fair exchange. Be creative.
My rewards:
Custom made video greetings, perfect for a friend's Facebook wall or greetings via email. Performed by Loogie Lu in the ancient Senor Winces style. For example, for a birthday:
Standard Greeting: You will answer some questions by email and I will create for you a 25-40 second video greeting orDeluxe Greeting: Same as standard but with one revision and a phone consultation.
or
Thank You Collage: newsprint on an 7" x 5" hard backing. Collage in my trademark NY POST APOCALYPSE style. Example:
or
Discount Web Design: by me, Retina Endura Web Design . Stretch your web design dollars an extra 20% compared to standard pricing.
So how did I end up in a jam like this?
My financial cushion was erased in the market crash of 2008. As a caretaker (sometimes full-time, live-in) for an ill parent (Alzheimer's) I was out of the formal job market for some time. Maxed out credit getting Mom moved and institutionalized.
This was three years ago. Since, the job market has been indifferent to me. I have invented some situations for myself, such as helping a guy renovate a house; I have also had some pretty awful gigs. Nothing lasting nor paying well.
After too long hand to mouth, I decided to retool and taught myself web design and development skills - this is working out. I decided to go "all in" this year and I think it would have worked out if my health were better. I haven't really been up to snuff for months: flu, bronchitis, abscessed teeth, mystery shortness of breath, insomnia. I feel like I am just getting my old energy back.
This is a setback not a permanent situation.
I have a newly acquired skill set with which to look for work.
I have a half-finished iOS app that I started while caring for my mom which I will complete this year
I have a business that I can grow.
I have a web client who has approached me about designing an interface for a digital watch.
I just need to hang on and hang in.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Shannon
