The patient Siham is 8 years old and has congenital defect in the absence of a pancreas. This has lead to diabetes in the patient and has caused her to go into a diabetic coma from time to time. She has just recently been in a diabetic coma.

She has cysts in her kidneys that are suspected tumours and needs intensive medical follow up. Her father passed away and her mother has sold everything for her daughter. She has now been discharged from a the government hospital and is awaiting to be admitted into a private hospital to run more tests on the suspected kidney tumours and possible treatment which is approx. £3000 This cannot be done until she has the funds first. Her debt left at the government hospital and hospital she was in is now cleared by the first £700 that was raised. Anything raised now will go towards her treatment in Sanaa.

I have spoken to Siham and her mother myself and can see she is worried for her daughters life, but she really appreciates all the help that has been given.
