Audrey’s Memorial Fund

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this, Audrey Dickens took her own life at the young age of 15.  She was a sweet, kind, funny soul with her entire life ahead of her. She was struggling with her own sexuality as well as pressures from school and her peers.  She was very active in youth group, but her unspoken pain was to much for her to endure. However, death doesn’t just affect the deceased, it’s the people they leave behind that must deal with the sudden heartbreak.  I’ve known the Dickens family most of my life. Kevin and Allison did EVERYTHING they could to get Audrey help. They are devoted parents who pulled their daughter from public school and homeschooled. They are amazing, kind, and hardworking people. Audrey also left behind her big sister, Alyssa.  Our community has been plagued by teens taking their own lives. I am heartbroken for the Dickens family. Please hold this family up in prayer regardless if you’re able to give monetarily or not. Thank you.
