As many of you may know, or some may not, on December 3rd I was in a motorcycle accident 2 blocks away from my house while going to get gas. I was taken to Froedtert where I stayed for a week, and underwent 3 surgeries. I shattered my knee cap, fractured my femur, and broke both of my wrists. They had to put a metal plate in my knee cap to hold it back together, a rod and screws in my femur, and a plate and screws in my wrist. I was on bed rest for about 2 months before I was up and moving around. I’ve been in physical therapy since then, and have been working hard to get my body back to a condition where things feel normal again. I will have to undergo 3+ more surgeries over the next couple months, along with more physical therapy.
Im making this go fund me because as of a few weeks ago my insurance began denying my claims until I signed an agreement to repay them. My settlement check was a scratch at the cost of the medical bills and now the money the insurance is asking for. I have not been able to return to work yet, it has been hard to find a job that requires no physical work, and I’m at risk of being medically discharged from the army. 

I have set the goal higher because we don’t have a full cost layout of all of my bills as of yet, and for the upcoming surgeries that I will require. A simple share of my story can go a long way, even if you cannot donate anything, as I knowthis has been a hard time for everyone due to the pandemic.
