Last year I had a kidney transplant set up, all ready to go so we started a gofundme to help with all of the expenses it brings along with it. We stopped sharing after the surgery was cancelled, naturally- as we wanted to wait to raise the rest until I would actually receive an organ donation. We planned the cost of what we think me recovering in a separate state for 2-3 months will be. There is a high possibility that I could be without pay/financial aid sooner than I can start working again post op. Which would negatively impact us and our livelihoods, as many of you understand during these times. This new gofundme is to help with that, and help with the original goal we needed to reach.
