G'day mates!  My name is Braden Benz.  I have been chosen, by the family of the late great Steve Irwin, also known as "The Crocodile Hunter", as the first recipient of the Visionary Wildlife Warrior Award.  

This is an achievement of a life time!  I am beyond thrilled to recieve this award, and hope to bring great honor to Steve's name, continuing in his  footsteps as someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about wildlife conservation. 

I am to accept this award in Queensland, Australia, on November 22, 2014, at the Steve Irwin Gala Dinner, presented by Australia Zoo.  It is a black-tie event "with a touch of khaki!"  

The Steve Irwin Gala Dinner is the major fundraising event for the non-profit charity, Wildlife Warriors, and all proceeds from the dinner will go to fund the Wildlife Hospital as well as local conservation programs.  

Because of this, I must raise my own funds to travel to Australia to received this award.  Please consider sponsoring this dream of a lifetime.  Oh, and while you're at it, do just a small part, and begin recycling!  :D
