About Me

Hi, my name is Ja'Rel, and I’m based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

I have a deep passion for missions and for spreading the love of Christ — both here at home and around the world.

My heart beats for serving people, bringing hope, and making a real impact wherever God leads me.

This year, I’m stepping out in faith to serve on three mission trips through Steele Creek Church of Charlotte, with one purpose: to share the love of Jesus through practical help, community outreach, and Gospel-centered ministry. Each trip is different, but they are all connected by the same heart—serve, equip, and empower people where God is already moving.

México | March 7–14

Our team will partner with Shoulder to Shoulder México, whose mission is to serve, equip, and empower local pastors and churches, with a vision of healthy pastors and thriving churches throughout México. We’ll support local churches through hands-on ministry such as construction projects, community events (VBS/sports camps), evangelistic outreach, and health clinic support—strengthening what local leaders are already building.

Colombia | May 22nd- June 1st

This trip will focus heavily on evangelism and outreach—including prayer walks, street evangelism, worship gatherings, resource distribution (as available), and partnering with local churches to strengthen ongoing ministry efforts and bring hope to communities in need.

Guatemala | June 12-21,

We’ll serve alongside Casa Aleluya, a children’s home that cares for children who have experienced severe abuse and abandonment. Our team will help through serving and encouraging the kids, plus community projects like building homes, laying concrete floors, constructing stoves, distributing food and water filters, and sharing the Gospel in local villages.

How You Can Help

Not everyone is called to go—but everyone can be part of the mission. Your donation will help cover:

Flights and travel costs

Lodging and meals

Ministry materials and outreach supplies

Construction and community project support

Resources like Bibles, care items, and practical aid where possible

If you feel led, I’d be honored to have your support through a donation and by sharing this fundraiser. Most of all, I’m grateful for your prayers—for protection, provision, and open hearts in Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia.

Thank you for partnering with me as I serve this year—shoulder to shoulder—bringing practical help and the hope of Christ.
