Bev and I have been friends for what seems like forever. She lost her husband years ago and four years ago, her son Dave passed away.

This morning her last remaining child, John, joined his brother and father after battling aggresive diabetes.

Bev is a widow but works hard at baking dog treats to keep up with the bills. I don't know what funeral benefits John may have but I'm guessing it isn't a lot.

Anything that we can give at this time - will surely help her. She has always been so supportive of others - now is a time to show her that we're here for her.

I started the funding low so that we hopefully can bypass that.
