It is with heavy hearts that we’re starting this fundraising to help our dear friend,  Catherine, with her fight against Stage IV Breast Cancer. 

What started with hoarseness of voice and persistent dry cough last October, ENT consults and MRI and CT scans have confirmed that she has breast cancer that has metastasized to the brain, lungs, lumbar spine and hip bone. She has started radiation therapy for the metastasis to the brain but still awaiting biopsy results before starting chemotherapy.

Catherine is that kind and sensitive person  who goes the extra mile to make sure a friend feels special and loved. She is funny and loves to make other people laugh, even at her expense.

Her friends and former classmates wants to start this webpage to help her get through what’s going to be a most difficult year. We are asking for your support in any way whether it be donations, love, prayers, anything to show her and her family that they are loved and they are not alone. We know money is tight and with impending medical bills, drives to and from appointments, and maintaining their everyday lives, every dollar counts. Any help is greatly appreciated.
