Please Help me!!!!

I had spinal surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital I was paralyzed from the neck down before the surgery because I had an infection in my spine. When I was done I was transferred to Ellicott city Health and rehabilitation center which is where I am now. I have some  feeling in my arms hardly any of my left arm but I do have some I can't feel my hips to my knees which means I have a catheter and I wear diapers and I have a long way and a hard road ahead of me! I've never been like this before so it's really hum
bling me to ask help from anyone.  I have a 17-year-old daughter who is home trying to keep everything together while I'm here. I've walked a few steps but have a long road ahead of me and don't know how I'm going to pay my bills . Please find it in your heart to help me and my daughter I get no child support and she has not seen her father in almost 5 years. I filled out disability papers but the state takes so long and I have bills due now. Please help me anything would help us get through this!!!  I don't want to lose everything that I had worked for .   my daughter already had to sell her iPad and laptop . Please any little bit helps thank you!!!
