I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years now but it has finally gotten the best of me. I am homeless and I have lost everything, to the point that my kids are staying with family right now in another state, until I get back onto my feet. No legal action has been taken, I just felt that it was best right now. But I miss them tremendously. I have been looking for employment as well as mental health help. 
With this GoFundMe, I am asking for some help to get off the streets and couches so that I can get back to being the best dad I can be. I hesitated doing this go fund me because I know people are critical and opinionated when it comes to others asking for help ... but I honestly had no idea what else to do. Fingers crossed employment happens soon. If you could help out with even a $1, it would be appreciated. I want to get into a place and get my children back with me before the holidays, if possible.
