A lifetime trip turned unexpected struggle – please help us get home safely

What began as a dream come true – a once-in-a-lifetime mother-daughter trip for Hailey and Deedee that we saved and planned for with love and excitement - has taken an unexpected and heartbreaking turn.

Deedee had an unforeseen accident that resulted in multiple fractures of her right leg. These injuries required an urgent surgery to stabilize her femur, she will need a second surgery for the tibial plateau fracture in the US. But first we need to get her home as soon as possible. We are requesting help for the overwhelming cost of medical care, extended stay, and the need for business class transportation home to accommodate her injuries.

This experience has been emotionally and physically challenging, and we are doing our best to stay strong. Right now, we are simply focused on healing and getting home safely, where recovering and rehabilitation can truly begin.
