Please help bring a father home.

A life taken far to soon, far to young. On January 8th, 2022 at the age of 41 Ryan Lajeunesse was a victim to a targeted attack. We want to say Thank you to the Abbotsford Emergency Services in their efforts to help Ryan get the emergency care he needed where he unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries and died. Ryan was not just a loving, kind man. Ryan was a Son, Brother, Partner, Father, Uncle and friend. We have decided to set up a Go Fund me page for his children to help bring their father home. Due to the pandemic travelling for the whole family is not an option. "We just want our father home, we want to see him one last time as we say goodbye". Ryan leaves behind his son, four daughters, two grand children (2 more on the way), his mother, his father, three sisters, nieces and nephews and many more friends and family.

Ryan struggled with many things throughout his life which led him to leave Manitoba and move to Abbotsford BC leaving those he truly loved behind. Ryan made many mistakes in his life, but just like so many of us do. Even after Ryan moved he would talk about his family and friends and when he would talk to his children he wanted them to know he loved them. He wanted to fix his life. Ryan wanted to be in his children's lives but Mental health and Life choices can really take a person away from their hopes and dreams. No one plans this life, its something that happens and they do the best they can with what they know and have.

"Our father was murdered, he was trying to get his life back and it was taken from him." All they are asking for is to help cover the expenses to bring their dad home where he belongs.
