Alison's Recovery Fund

As many of you know, my sister Alison was in a serious accident in downtown Seattle where she was hit by a car in a crosswalk.

She suffered from 7 broken ribs, a fractured ankle and vertebrae, lacerated liver, collapsed lung, and head trauma. She is now home and on the road to recovery.

She has a positive outlook and feels well supported by her community, family, friends and partner. However she is currently unable to work and starting to feel the financial burden as more costs from the accident surface. The future of her legal case is uncertain and could take up to a year to process. So in the meantime, we are looking to help ease the monetary burden of lost work, medical bills, ongoing physical therapy appointments, and other unforeseen costs.

This accident has been deeply humbling, everyday we are grateful to have Alison here with us and cherish the sacredness of what matters most. It has brought forward the most generous and loving care from our family and community alike. And in hopes of lightening the burden, we are truly appreciative for any and all help shown to our beloved Alison.
