Our sweet dog, Mako, is only four years old. To our two little girls, he’s their best friend, and to my husband and me, he’s truly like another child. He fills our home with love, joy, laughter and loyalty every single day.

We recently received heartbreaking news: Mako has a mast cell tumor, and he’s been diagnosed with cancer. Right now, we don’t know how advanced it is, but the next steps are crucial. The cost just for testing and removal is already estimated at $7,000.
