Hello all, my name is Dawn and on behalf of my husband and our family, we are raising funds for Addam to undergo a life saving procedure immediately. Addam recently received a diagnosis of invasive squamous cell carcinoma and will need surgery to remove the cancer and to ensure the cancerous cells have not affected his lymphatic system and/or internal organs.
