My name is Taylor Ray and yesterday, my best friend’s world was shattered when her brother’s life was taken in a senseless act of violence. His passing was sudden, tragic, and heartbreaking—leaving his family reeling with grief and unprepared for the costs that come with such an unexpected loss.

Vick was a beloved son, brother, father, friend, and community member whose life ended far too soon. His absence has left an unimaginable void.

His heart was beautiful and he had so much to offer this world.
